Talking about competency, the citizens of South Africa are getting fed-up with the ANC Government:
The ANC failed miserably because of cadre deployment, resulting in overwhelming appointment of illiterate persons to the tune of 66%. It means 66% of the cadres has not seen the inside of a school and the ANC could not improve this over a period of more than 30 years. It is also the reason why all State-owned Enterprises kept on failing to this day!
The ANC forgot to add educational requirements for Government positions!
Our ANC government employment membership is the same as that of the USA, which has a population of 6 times more than South Africa. Furthermore, it seems that there are more millionaires in the ANC Government than in the private sector, because of huge corruption, very low morality and no regard or feelings for the rest of the citizens of South Africa. That is evident by the huge rate of unemployment, the huge quantity of squatter camps, the neglect of infrastructure and the high crime rate. The desire for self-enrichment has become the number one goal for too many in our ANC Government, because of the total neglect of job performance management (quantity of job tasks and job quality per employee). Has the ANC cadre government become a Mafia organisation?
Just think of the destruction of SA Airways, SA Airforce, SA Navy, SA Army, SA Police, ESCOM, Denel, Transnet, to name just a few. The ANC was exceptionally good in self-enrichment, by hook or crook, while the rest of the citizenry lifestyles went down the drain. More voters of all ethnic heritages will hopefully awaken in future.
Who can still remember what private properties looked like before 1994? No fences or just low height fencing to show the border lines of a property. How is it now? Extra high security fences. The biggest property developments are now only high security community properties. Why? The higher crime rates! How do our townships look like now? How do our townships compare to other countries? Ramaphosa should be arrested and jailed!
